I’m a U.S. American who grew up on a military base and has since emigrated to Germany permanently. I’m fluent in both English and German, understand how life on base works, and know firsthand how overwhelming German bureaucracy and the everyday logistics can feel.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience navigating German offices, doctors’ appointments, heating and utility companies, car-related matters, and more. I can help bridge the language and cultural gap so things feel less stressful and more manageable.
I’m also a state-recognized Early Childhood Educator with a focus on bilingual education. This means I’m very familiar with the German kindergarten system and can support families with young children, whether that’s understanding enrollment, communicating with educators, or making informed decisions about bilingual upbringing.
