It's in a small quiet town call Waldfischach - Burgalben about 20 minutes from Kaiserslautern and Ramstein Air Force base and Landstuhl is about 25 minutes, and Pirmasens is about 15 minutes. I had a new Furnace installed, and it was 15000 Euros and a new roof on the front building in the picture was about 35000 Euros. One building is currently rented out, and part of another. There is a dog salon in one unit and my friend is renting another unit. There is another part of the house that could be remodeled and lived in. There is also a building in the back with a work shop and bathroom and a second floor that could be made into another apartment. It's a huge space that is on the main street in town, you can walk across the street to the grocery store, it's a 5 minute walk to the train station and there are many bars and restaurants in town. I bought it for 60000 euros in 2015 and I have about 115000 euros invested, I'm just trying to get my money back out of it. The pictures are showing the old roof, I have one of the new roof with the additional window.
