We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agent specializing in rentals for U.S. military personnel. Our office in Bruchmühlbach offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can further develop your skills and become part of our established team.
Responsibilities:
Rent and manage properties for U.S. military personnel in the Ramstein Air Base area.
We will plan all appointments for you to ensure a smooth process.
Integration into our experienced real estate team with full training and support.
Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the rental process.
Participate in our Sponsor Program to assist U.S. military personnel with their housing needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and assist with legal matters related to rentals.
Requirements:
Experience in the real estate sector, preferably with U.S. rental experience.
Fluent in English (German skills are a plus).
A valid driver’s license (Class B).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
