We are looking for a part-time Cosmetics Sales Associate to join our team at Ramstein BX.
As a Cosmetics Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brands, helping customers find the perfect products to meet their beauty needs. Your role will involve understanding customer preferences, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics section, restocking inventory, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and skincare, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cosmetic products.
* Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
* Demonstrate the use of cosmetic products to customers.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics section, product displays.
* Restock shelves and ensure product availability.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches.
* Create an amazing experience for all clients through high-touch service.
* Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in cosmetics.
* Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
* High energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with in-store customers.
* Strong selling skills.
* Goal oriented.
* Fun and outgoing personality.
* Ability to do basic beauty make-up.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for long periods as needed.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
