Rare Wilhelminian style desk. German around 1895. Walnut veneer, partly solid and carved, brass fittings; turned legs, four-drawer table box, left with open compartment, protruding profiled top with embedded brown leather, recessed top with open compartment, flanked by a drawer each, crowned by gallery and single-door box, H = 158 cm, W = 119 cm, D = 74.5cm.
