Temporary lodging for the whole family! This is definitely a dream home to start your PCS in. It sleeps up to 6 people and is ideal for a family with children and pets. The backyard is spacious and fenced in with a patio area, outdoor furniture, a grill and a large grassy area with a jungle gym.
The built-in kitchen is large with plenty of cabinet and countertop space and is fully equipped with all the appliances and supplies / utensils you need. You have access to a balcony from the kitchen.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower.
The living and dining area is open to the kitchen and very inviting with lots of daylight.
The upstairs bathroom has a very modern stand-alone tub and spacious shower.
With three bedrooms and an extra room with closets and dressers, everyone will have enough space to sleep, relax, play and work. The top gallery with two single beds also has two desks.
Private parking spots belong to the house and on-street parking is free and there is plenty of room.
Kottweiler-Schwanden is only 10 mins from Ramstein Air Base and about 20-25 minutes away from LRMC. There is a lake "Seewoog" under 10 minutes away. Grocery stores, bakeries, playgrounds and more are all close by as well.
