Gagfah Construction Company built and supported small apartments in their own name. Founded on 14.8.1918, the company was a non-profit group for building employee homes. It headquartered in Berlin. By 1942 it had built a total of 61,287 apartments for employees in 392 cities of the German Empire. Of these, 37,938 apartments were built in multi-family houses, 23,349 apartments in homes.
In 1949 it relocated to Essen, retaining head offices West Berlin and Frankfurt / Main. Since the end of 2004 the group belongs to the American Fortress Investment Group.
The certificate is authentic, historic, beautifully engraved, and in perfect condition. It measures 12 X 8 in. (30 X 21 cm).
