old but functional road bike

This is a Specialized Allez E5 roadbike, 21 speed, with Shimano clipless pedals. The bike is several years old. It is functional, but will need some tuning up and cleaning. The front tire is flat, otherwise everything works (brakes, gears, etc.). It is size Medium (54cm). There are women's size 9 clipless shoes you are welcome to.
