It's that time of year again where the weather gets colder, we all start to get excited for the Festive period and we check our tires to make sure we're compliant... okay maybe not the last bit, but we should be doing that!
To make sure you're fully compliant with German law you need to make sure your tires show the Alpine symbol (below). They can be Winter tyres or All Seasons but they MUST have that symbol. Otherwise you risk fines, or worse if you're in an accident you will automatically be at fault for not having the right tires, regardless of the situation - so it's worth checking!
