For sale is a restored Yamaha SR 500, a true classic among motorcycles. The model is in excellent condition and has always been well maintained. The SR 500 is known for its reliability and timeless aesthetics.
The following parts and modifications were made, among others:
Short stainless steel fenders front and rear, progressive fork springs, and new fork seals were installed. Both rear shock absorbers were overhauled and reconditioned. The clutch kit, brake fluid, engine oil, and oil filter were replaced. A new gel battery was installed. For better visibility, modern Kellermann bar-end indicators were installed. The wiring harness was modified, and a digital indicator relay was installed (no reverse current through the indicator lights). Mirror extensions and a Remus stainless steel exhaust with a stainless steel header are installed.
The motorcycle was taken to the Yamaha dealer for perfect tuning of the engine and carburetor.
Unfortunately, due to abandonment of the hobby and lack of space, I have to part with this gem. Other SR500s and parts available (many new parts)
