1. There are two main situations in which our faucet leaks:
A. The water pipe of the faucet is leaking, the rubber ring in the water pipe may be damaged. When you receive our products, please check whether the rubber ring of the water pipe is normal first.
B. The floor is leaking: It is possible that the consumer can fix the water outlet pipe with the adhesive tape during the installation process.
2. If it is found that it is not heated or used for a period of time, the faucet does not heat up, in fact, our protection works manually: reset the protection button to see if the faucet works properly.
