Coming to Germany on orders is a lot. A new country, a new job, maybe kids who did not get a vote and a dog who just spent nine hours in a crate – or just you and two suitcases for a few weeks of TDY. We are a small, owner-run team in Kaiserslautern, and we would like your first night here to be the easy part.
We have fourteen furnished apartments around town – one, two and three bedrooms, from a quiet place with its own terrace to a big family apartment – 10 to 25 minutes from Ramstein, Vogelweh, Kleber, Sembach and Landstuhl. Every one comes with a car at no extra cost. Also included: fast WiFi, a full kitchen, a washer, linens and towels, all utilities, regular cleaning and free calls to the US. Pets are welcome in 13 of 14.
Every arrival is different, so we set the apartment up for you. Tell us who is coming:
– Everyone's name, the kids' too. We would like to welcome you personally, and the fridge will be stocked when you walk in.
– What you have been missing from home. Ranch, peanut butter, Cheez-Its, decaf – if it can be found here, it will be in that fridge.
– How you like to sleep. Two singles instead of a double, the crib next to your bed, the kids together in bunk beds – we move the furniture to fit you, not the other way around.
– Whether you both need to drive. Then you get a second car, included as well.
– Anything special for the kids. Their ages, what they are into, a high chair, a stair gate, ISOFIX car seats, toys for the right ages – all ready before you land, plus a few small new things for each child to keep, like crayons and a coloring book.
– Allergies, food or pets. If anyone reacts to cats or dogs, the apartment gets a thorough deep clean before you arrive, so nothing is left from earlier four-legged guests.
– What you like to do on weekends. Castles, hikes, wine festivals, Christmas markets, a good playground or a rainy-day pool – we send you our favorite day trips and what is on while you are here.
– Anything else you need: a printer, a desk to work from, a baby monitor, a first grocery run with someone who knows the aisles. Tell us – we will get it.
On orders, we price at your authorized lodging rate – invoices the way finance wants them, VAT forms accepted. Here privately, visiting family or between moves? Tell us your budget and we will find something that works. No fixed check-in or check-out time, no change fee when your orders move, and we only bill the nights you are here. When you leave, you just leave – no check-out cleaning on your side.
Call or WhatsApp us: +49 179 5059184 (from the US: 011 49 179 5059184). Tell us your dates and who is coming, and we will tell you the same day which apartment fits. All apartments with photos, maps and availability: https://k-town-tla.tiiny.site
We look forward to welcoming you to K-Town.
